Should children be required to attend school past the age of sixteen?

Education is very important. Nowadays, people are seeking higher education. There are a lot of competitions out there in the real world. The company will hirer people that they think will benefit their company. I think people who have a higher degree have a better chance of getting a job. I believe that children who are over sixteen should continue their education because is would benefit them in the long term and their life would be much easier.
