Why should we blame others for our own action? I think there no need for the bartender to hold a responsible for the person that they serve. People that drink should know better when they drunk they shouldn't be driving. If there such a law likes this I think the road will full with drunk driver. Because they know that they can get away with it. It's a bad idea for the bartender to hold a responsible for the behavior of the person that they serve.
