Should homosexuals be permitted to serve in the armed forces?

In my opinion I don't see anything wrong with homosexual who want to serve their county. I think that is their personal privacy. We shouldn't judge them because they're homosexual. I thought the law said that everybody have the equal right. I think is every unfair to them. If they want to serve their country than let them. Don't ask don't tell, I think there should be more strict law toward that. I think the law should protect them more not just the word, don't ask don't tell.
